Abstract

In this study of bullying during children’s play and other interactions in a daycare setting, the empirical data are based on interviews with staff and notes from discussions with staff and with two special education teachers. The results confirm that bullying is a complex phenomenon, as many and varied forces, both human and non-human, were found to play a role in the construction of bullying in this daycare setting.
